Thanks to Easter, we’ve got eggs on our minds! Since we’ve told you how to decorate them and found the most beautiful ones out there, we’re now talking about how to serve them up for large groups of guests.
Deviled eggs, sometimes called eggs mimosa, have always elicited a love-it-or-hate-it response, just like hard-boiled eggs and egg salad do — we’re blaming it on the whipped yolk or its usual mayonnaise-y taste.
We will say this, though — there is a deviled egg for everyone. There are so many varieties and versions that even the most fickle eater might just find an egg fit for them. Whimsical takes like French toast deviled eggs, kimchi bacon deviled eggs, and Sriracha and wasabi eggs are just the ticket for those picky palates. However, there's nothing wrong with sticking with that oldie-but-a-goodie classic either.
Whatever version you decide to whip up for your party, you’re going to have to serve them in style. Egg trays, plates, and carriers are not only practical for their scoop-like, egg-shaped holders, but they’re pretty adorable, too.
