Your Own Beachfront Boardwalk Treats for an End-of-Summer Bash at Home

The best thing about boardwalk food is that it makes you feel good. It’s comforting and perfect for nice summer weather. Italian ice is a kid’s favorite, but I think it’s a great treat for adults that’ll have you reminiscing about your first summer love.

You’ll also love the casual quality of the boardwalk treats at your end-of-summer bash — especially the freshly fried pretzels dipped in a spicy Cheddar sauce for the carbs lover. There’s no need for formal place settings, nor do you need a mixologist on hand. Just make a nice and refreshing signature punch or stock a tub or cooler with ice and beer, set your table buffet-style, and have some fun under sun.

We’re sharing our favorite boardwalk treats, along with easy-to-create recipes.
