Whiskey Ginger, Remixed


  • 2 Ounces  bourbon (Cyrus Noble)
  • 1/2 Ounce  lemon juice
  • 1/4 Ounce  allspice dram
  • 1/4 Ounce  simple syrup
  • 1/2 Ounce  Cocci Americano
  • dashes Booker's Bitters
  •   Soda

Brian Felley at San Francisco's BIG takes fresh ginger, bourbon, and winter spices for a cold-weather take on the whiskey ginger.


Muddle ginger. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shaker, shake, and strain. Top with soda and garnish with a Meyer lemon twist.
