Ingredients

  • 2 ounce marquis vodka
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce maraschino liquor
  • 3 dash of angostura bitters
  • fresh pineapple chunks

Directions

  1. Start with an empty dry shaker, then add pineapple juice, simple syrup, lemon juice, maraschino liquor, and Marquis vodka.Add ice, then shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Add dashes of angostura bitters and garnish with fresh pineapple chunks.
