By now you should all be well familiar with the virtues and delights of the spicy cocktail. Still, should you need a refresher, try this fiery cocktail — a spiced-up take on a margarita, on the menu at Bar d'Eau at Trump SoHo in New York City.
Muddle three chile pepper slices and cilantro in the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and simple syrup. Combine in a shaker. Pour over fresh ice and garnish with cilantro and a slice of chile pepper.
