The smell will tantalize everyone in your household all day and you’ll probably have leftovers to use in other dishes during the workweek. Ingredients
  • 3 pound pork loin roast
  • 1 tablespoon garlic pepper or freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 medium onion, cut into eight wedges
  • homemade corn tortillas
  • roasted tomatillo salsa
Directions
  1. Slice roast into 1½-inch slices, the cut each slice in half. Add to slow-cooker along with garlic pepper and oregano. Toss to get some of the spice mixture on all pieces of pork. Place onion wedges on top of pork.
  2. Cook on low setting until meat is very tender, about 6 hours. Discard onion and shred pork. Serve with Homemade Corn Tortillas and Roasted Tomatillo Salsa.
