Ingredients
- 1 ounce patrón xo cafe incendio
- 1 ounce patron reposado
- 1/2 ounce medium bodied red wine (ex. barbera d’alba)
- 1/2 ounce honey syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- cloves
Directions
- Muddle cloves in a shaker until broken into small pieces. Add the rest of ingredients and ice. Shake and strain through a fine strainer into a chilled coupe glass. Drop 3 cloves into each cocktail.
