  • 3 tablespoon plus one fourth cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup boiling water
