The Very Berry Tofu Smoothie.

All of our favorite berries, packed with tofu into a powerful smoothie. 

Ingredients

  • 7  Ounces  House Foods Premium or Organic Tofu Soft
  • 1  Cup  frozen strawberries
  • 1  Cup  frozen blueberries
  • 1/2  Cup  raspberries
  • 3  Tablespoons  honey
  • 1/2  Cup  ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth.
