Ingredients
  • 6 small sweet peppers
  • 24 tablespoon hummus
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Halve the peppers and scrape out the insides.
  2. Fill the hollow peppers with hummus.
  3. Cut the cheese slices into triangles and place one end of each triangle in hummus.
  4. Serve on a blue plate and sail them around the “ocean” before enjoying.
