Ready to enjoy one of the most loved healthy fats? Avocado is rich in oh-so-good-for-you monounsaturated fats, powerful antioxidants, and vitamin E, helping regenerate skin cells for more youthful-looking skin. Coconut water is a beauty indulgence that helps hydrate and regenerate your skin from the inside out. Spinach is loaded with lutein, which keeps your eyes healthy and sparkling.

Ingredients

  • 2  Cups  spinach
  • 2  Cups  unsweetened coconut water
  • 2  Cups  pineapple, chopped
  • avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled

Directions

Blend the spinach and coconut water until smooth.

Add the pineapple and avocado and blend again.

Tip: If you halve this recipe, make sure you keep the avocado pit intact when you put the remainder in the fridge to keep it fresher longer.
