Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounce bourbon, preferably jim beam black
  • 1/2 ounce aperol
  • 3/4 ounce strawberry syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • egg white
Directions
  1. Combine all liquids (except egg white) into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry Shake.
  3. Double strain into a clean cocktail shaker.
  4. Add egg white and shake until well combined and the egg white has emulsified.
  5. Strain into coupe/footed rocks glass and allow the foam to settle.
  6. Add confetti firework stencil.
