Ingredients
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup pineapple
Directions
  1. Place the coconut water, then the softest fruit, on the bottom of the blender. Layer the heavier and firmer items on top. Blend until smooth.
