Ingredients
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 large orange zests
  • 3/4 ounce irish whiskey
  • 1/4 ounce italian bitters, such as campari
  • 1 3/4 ounce freshly brewed coffee
  • 3/4 ounce irish cream, such as baileys original irish cream
  • 1 1/2 ounce zested orange crème
  • grated orange zest, for garnish
Directions
  1. Combine heavy cream, simple syrup, and orange zests in a chilled cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well into whipped cream consistency.
  3. Combine Irish whiskey, Campari, and coffee in a footed coffee mug and stir.
  4. Pour in Baileys Original Irish Cream. Top with zested orange crème. Garnish with grated orange zest.
