Muddled rosemary is shaken with Plymouth Gin then strained into a chilled coupe and garnished with a flamed orange zest

Lightly muddle rosemary stick in a shaking tin, then add all ingredients and shake with ice in a mixing glass. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail coupe or over a large rock in a tumbler. Garnish with a flamed orange zest.
