The cocktail is a play on the classic "Singapore Sling." Cabo San Lucas seemed an appropriately exotic and tropical place to reference. This recipe is courtesy of 1800 Tequila.

San Lucas Sling

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce tequila
  • 2 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce bénédictine
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce cherry brandy

Directions

  1. Combine all except cherry brandy in a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice. Strain into a hurricane or tiki glass filled with ice. Drizzle the cherry brandy over the top of the drink and garnish with a pineapple leaf.
