  • 2 cup large butternut or buttercup squash, peeled and seeded, cut into medium dice

  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Season squash with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until squash is fork tender.
