Ingredients

  • 1 1/2  Ounce  mezcal, preferably Mezcal Creyente Joven
  • 1/2  Ounce  Cynar
  • 3/4  Ounces  lime juice
  • 1  Ounce  beetroot juice
  • Edible flower, to garnish

Directions

Pour all ingredients, apart from the edible flower, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine. Strain over ice into a glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
