Taking inspiration from the edginess that makes up Rihanna’s Grammy-nominated album Anti, this cocktail is surprising, refreshing, and smooth in the end — just like RiRi herself.This recipe is courtesy of Bache-Ganrielsen Cognac.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce cognac, preferably bache-gabrielsen natur + eleganse vsop cognac
  • 1/4 ounce creme de cacao
  • 1/4 ounce pastis
  • 1 1/4 ounce raspberry purée
  • 1/2 ounce cranberry juice
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 ounce grenadine

Directions

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, shake, and strain into a glass.
  2. Garnish with half a slice of lemon.
