Pomegranate White Cosmopolitan Recipe
Remember those pre-mixed Cosmos you loved to drink back in the day? (You know, when Sex and the City was still a thing?) Neither do we. Made at Ivy Bar & Grill, this updated Cosmopolitan recipe will make you forget about every other Cosmo you've ever had.

Ingredients
- 2 ounce tito's vodka
- 1 1/2 ounce white cranberry juice
- 1 ounce st. germain elderflower liqueur
- 1 squeeze fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 lime wedge
Directions
- Combine vodka, white cranberry juice, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and ice cubes in shaker. Shake well. Strain, pour into a martini glass, and top with pomegranate juice. The pomegranate juice will sit at the bottom of the glass, creating a two-tiered effect. Garnish with lime wedge.
