Ingredients

  • 1  Cup  tigernut flour
  • 5  Teaspoons  maple syrup
  • 1  Teaspoon  vanilla extract
  • 1/4  Teaspoon  salt
  • 2  Tablespoons  cacao nibs
  • 1  Teaspoon  water

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.

Scoop out balls of the dough, and flatten into cookie shapes.

Let the cookies sit out for 15-20 minutes to dry out, before serving.
