Ingredients
  • 4 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounce mango puree
  • 5 ounce passion fruit puree
  • 8 gelatin sheets, hydrated in ice water
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
Directions
  1. Beat the heavy cream in a bowl until peaks form. Add the puree in a saucepan and heat, add the gelatin until dissolved. Fold puree mixture into whipped cream.
