Ingredients
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 ounce chopped ham
  • 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 12-cup cupcake pan or muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
  4. Stir the ham and cheese into the egg mixture.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the pan, filling each cup three quarters full.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the frittatas are fluffy and cooked through.
  7. Carefully remove the frittatas from their cups with a spatula.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
