Try this Pomegranate Pinot Fizz made with Mark West’s pinot noir.

Ingredients

  • 1 strawberry, muddled
  • 3 tablespoon pomegranate seeds, muddled
  • 2 ounce pinot noir, such as mark west pinot noir
  • 2 ounce club soda
  • 2 ounce rum

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, muddle strawberry and pomegranate seeds. Strain into a cocktail shaker and add Mark West pinot noir, club soda, and rum. Shake and serve over ice, with remaining pomegranate seeds as garnish. Cheers.
