Ingredients
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cup crushed ice
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth — make sure the ice is completely crushed.
