Ingredients

  • 10  Lemon balm leaves
  • 1  Ounce  Lemon juice
  • .5  Ounce  Falernum (sweet syrup)
  • Dash Fee’s lemon bitters (optional)
  • Dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • .5  Ounce  Simple syrup

Directions

Muddle 10 lemon balm leaves with simple syrup. Add falernum, gin, lemon, optional dash Fees lemon bitters. Shake with ice, strain onto crushed ice, top with several dashes Peychauds.
