Lean Veggie Breakfast Burrito

Skip the drive-thru and make McDonald's breakfast at home. Swap a sausage burrito for a lean veggie breakfast burrito.


  • 2  Ounces  Lightlife Gimme Lean Sausage
  • 2  Tablespoons  Vegetable oil, divided
  • 1  Tablespoon  Chopped white onion
  • Egg. beaten
  • 2  Tablespoons  Whole Milk
  • 1/4  Cup  Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Flour tortilla, ten inch
  • 2  Tablespoons  Salsa


Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add onion and sauté for a minute or two. In a small bowl mix egg with milk and add to skillet with onion. Scramble and set aside.

In another skillet heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and brown the Gimme Lean® Sausage, crumbling it as you stir.

Combine Gimme Lean® Sausage and egg mixture and place on flour tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top and roll into a burrito. Serve with salsa.
