  • 1  Ounce  sauvignon blanc, such as Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1  Ounce  vodka
  • 1  Ounce  fresh-juiced watermelon
  • 1  Ounce  simple syrup
  • 1 1/2  Ounce  soda water
  • Dash of grapefruit bitters
  • Grapefruit peel, for garnish

Directions

Mix first five ingredients in a shaker and pour over ice in a highball glass. Top with soda water. Add a dash of grapefruit bitters and garnish with grapefruit peel.
