- 1 1/2 ounce extra-aged bourbon, preferably jim beam black
- 3/4 ounce peach liqueur
- 1/4 ounce dark italian amaro
- prosecco
- cinnamon, for garnish
- 1 star anise, for garnish
Directions
- Mix together bourbon, peach liqueur, and dark Italian Amaro in serving glass.
- Top with prosecco.
