There are few things more comforting than Adele’s Grammy-nominated album 25… except for maybe a hot toddy. Warm up during your Grammys watch party this Sunday with this classic, easy cocktail.This recipe is courtesy of Sugar Island Rum.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 ounce rum, preferably sugar island spice rum
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 3 1/2 ounce hot water
  • 1/2 ounce honey
  • 1 piece lemon zest
  • 3 cloves
Directions
  1. In a mixing glass, combine rum, lemon juice, and hot water.
  2. Slowly add the honey, stirring to combine.
  3. Pour the toddy into a mug.
  4. Pierce the lemon zest with the cloves and float the studded lemon in the mixture.
