Hot Fudge Slow-Cooker Brownies

Hot Fudge Slow-Cooker Brownies
3.5 from 4 ratings
I love my slow cooker—it’s easily one of my favorite appliances. The only thing I dislike about it is actually something I dislike about me—I forget to turn it on half the time. There have been numerous occasions when I’ve come home after a long day, so excited to eat my slow-cooked meal . . . only to find the darn thing was never turned on. Thankfully, most people can remember to turn on their slow cookers and thus, this recipe is for you guys! The brownie batter comes together in seconds and within a few hours you’ll have gooey, molten lava-like brownies to enjoy. This recipe is excerpted from Out of the Box Desserts: Simply Spectacular, Semi-Homemade Sweets by Hayley Parker.
