Creamy Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon real maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- rosemary, for garnish
Directions
- Cut the sweet potatoes in cubes (do not peel). Boil until soft. Drain the sweet potatoes.
- Mash with a potato masher. Mix the maple syrup, nutmeg and salt and pepper into the mashed sweet potatoes. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle fresh rosemary.
