Heat Rash Relief
Ingredients
  • 1 cooling herbal tea bag
  • 1 tablespoon of peppermint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon of chrysanthemum flowers
  • 3 cup of boiling water
Directions
  1. Steam tea, peppermint, and flowers in boiling water for 20 minutes.
  2. Strain and cool to room temperature.
  3. Sip!
