Ingredients
  • 1 slice toast
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy-free vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 wedge lemon
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Spread the vegan mayonnaise on to your warm toast. Top with sliced avocado. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and a scattering of red pepper flakes.
