If you hate the idea of dousing your pasta in mayonnaise, this macaroni salad is perfect for you. The Greek yogurt fullfills all the same duties as mayonnaise would, working as an excellent binding ingredient, but it provides a more unique refreshing flavor.
Cook the macaroni according to the packages instrustions. Once cooked, strain and rinse with cool water to remove some of the starches. Set the macaroni aside to cool completely.
Next, in a medium-large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, feta, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic until completely combined. Then, Add in the cooled macaroni, tomatoes, avocado, onion, and basil. Mix to evely combine the ingredients, and adjust seasoning if nessecary.
