- 1 1/2 ounce pierre ferrant 1840 cognac
- 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
- 1/2 ounce gravenstein apple juice
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- ice
- splash of ginger beer
Directions
- Combine the cognac, orange liqueur, apple juice, and bitters in a cocktail tin with ice. Shake and strain into a glass, then top with a splash of ginger beer.
