Ingredients
  • 5 dates
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal, cooked
  • 1/2 cup fruit
  • 1/8 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
  1. Blend dates and water into a purée and stir into oatmeal. Top with fruits and walnuts, and sprinkle ground ginger and cinnamon.
