This tzatziki recipe is quick and easy. Serve this classic Greek dip alongside fresh pita, as a sauce for grilled chicken, or on your favorite gyro.
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients. Process until combined. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour to overnight before using for best flavor.
