Ingredients

  • One  15-ounce package baby spinach
  • One  4-ounce package goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2  Cups  walnuts, chopped
  • 2  Cups  dried cranberries

Directions

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, or serving bowl if you’ll be serving the salad directly from the bowl. Mix well so goat cheese lightly coats the other ingredients. Enjoy!
