Ingredients
  • 1 boneless beef chuck arm or shoulder pot roast
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 pound small red potatoes. cut into quarters
  • 1 package (eightounce) baby-cut carrots
  • 1 pouch (nine ounce) fire roasted tomato cooking sauce, such as progresso recipe starters
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, sprinkle beef with salt and pepper.Arrrange potatoes and carrots around beef. Pour cooking sauce over beef and vegetables.Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 8 hours or until beef is tender.
