Crunchy Almond and White Chocolate Fudge

Lizette Leanza

This two-ingredient fudge couldn't be simpler to make. This fudge combines chunky almond butter and white chocolate for a sweet confection that you will want to share with friends and family. This recipe is courtesy of NaturAlmond.

  • 12  Ounces  maple caramel almond butter, such as NaturAlmond
  • 15  Ounces  white chocolate

Combine the white chocolate and almond butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Place the bowl in your microwave and heat at 30 second intervals, stirring well in between each one, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

Spread the mixture into a square pan.

Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for a about four hours until the fudge is hard. Cut the fudge into squares with a sharp knife and keep chilled until ready to serve.

Almond Shopping Tip

Whenever possible, purchase whole, not presliced or chopped nuts. They have a longer shelf life.
