Ingredients
  • 4 3/4 cup soy milk
  • 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 tablespoon non bone char sugar
  • 2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
  1. Mix the soy milk, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, and olive oil in a bowl.
  2. Next add the flour, cornmeal, salt, non bone char sugar, baking powder, cornstarch, and nutmeg.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Cook in standard waffle maker following manufacturers instructions. Extra batter can last in a refrigerator up to four day.
