Ingredients
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 cup coca-cola®
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup mini marshmellows
  • 1 2/3 cup broken ridge potato chips
  • 9 whole ridged potato chips
  • 1/4 cup chocolate almond bar
  • 1/2 pound salted butter
  • 4 ounce cream cheese
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoon coca-cola®
  • 1 cup coca-cola® (to brush on)
Directions
  1. Sift flour and sugar together and set aside. Melt butter, cocoa powder and Coca-Cola® until it boils.
  2. Pour over sugar mixture and mix until combined. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows.
  3. Scoop into cupcake wrappers and top with 3 tablespoons of broken potato chips for each cupcake.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes.
  5. Combine and beat all ingredients until smooth.
  6. Top each cupcake with one chocolate-covered potato chips.
  7. Brush on 1 cup of Coca-Cola® while still warm.
