These muffins may feel like an indulgence, but they’re made with wholesome ingredients that are meant to fuel your body. The best part? They take just 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 1/2  Cup  protein pancake mix, such as About Time
  • 1/4  Cup  plus one eigth cup water
  • 1/2  Teaspoon  baking powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients until smooth.

Line a 6-cup muffin tin and fill halfway with batter.

Place in oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Enjoy warm or cold. Try topping them with peanut butter or maple syrup!
