Ingredients

  • lime wedges, halved
  • 3/4  Ounces  simple syrup
  • demerara sugar cube
  • 1 1/2  Ounce  silver tequila, preferably Roca Patrón Silver

Directions

In the bottom of a double old-fashioned glass, muddle the lime wedges, simple syrup, and sugar cube. Add ice and tequila. Stir to combine. Top with more ice if needed, and serve immediately.
