  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 9 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • whipped cream, such as reddi-wip
