Microwave fudge couldn’t be simpler. Just melt the ingredients together, and chill to make this delicious chocolate fudge. Customize your fudge by stirring in add-ins like toffee, candied bacon, or candied orange peel.

Ingredients

  • 2  Cups  semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 14  Ounces  sweetened condensed milk
  • 2  Teaspoons  vanilla extract

Directions

Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper, and set aside. Melt the chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Remember to stop the microwave to stir occasionally, about every 30 seconds.

Stir in the vanilla extract, and then spread in the prepared pan. Chill until firm, about 2 to 4 hours.
