This recipe is full of so much win, it's honestly ridiculous. Let's break it down. First, it's bananas, which are basically a super-fruit. They're sweet, delicious, easy to find, and healthy. WIN. Then you consider that they are bite-sized. Hello! No utensils necessary, easy to share, and full of entertaining and portion-control opportunity. WIN. Third, it's freakin' wrapped in bacon. WIN. Then you consider that they take about three minutes to prep... even more WIN!

Bacon-Wrapped Banana Bites
Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut the bananas into 1- to 2-inch slices (about 4 pieces per banana). Cut the bacon into pieces long enough to wrap all the way around the banana (2-3 pieces per strip of bacon). Lay flat on a nonstick baking sheet. Lightly sprinkle with brown sugar. Roll the banana up in the lightly sugared bacon strips and position 1-2 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake in the oven until desired crispiness is achieved, 25-30 minutes. Remove, let cool, and share with friends!
