Labor Day may mean the end of summer, but it also means the start of apple season. This apple-licious cocktail, made with NOLET"s dry silver gin, is created by Theo Lieberman of Milk & Honey in New York City.

Ingredients
- 2 ounce nolet’s silver dry gin
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce honey
- 1 ounce fresh apple juice
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with apple slice.
