- 2-3 small limes, juiced (will vary depending on the size of the ice cube tray compartments)

A unique take on a pomegranate margarita where lime juice and pomegranate seeds are frozen in ice cube form for stunning visual effect.
Fill one compartment of an ice cube tray with lime juice, leaving a little room at the top so there is no spill over when you add the pomegranate seeds. This recipe was made using a 2x2-inch ice cube — if you have a large compartment tray I recommend you use it because the effect of the larger cube will be more impressive. That said, smaller cubes work perfectly well, just consider scaling down the ingredients slightly. Place in the freezer for at least an hour and a half.
Rim the serving glass with salt and pour in the tequila. Once the ice cube is frozen solid and you're ready to serve, remove from tray and add to the glass with the tequila.
